Our client is a multi-office law firm operating across the North West and the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their onboarding team. This role suits someone with experience in estate agency, financial services, sales progression or conveyancing who is comfortable dealing with clients and managing multiple tasks.
- Communicating with clients via telephone and email
- Ensuring all onboarding data is accurate and processed correctly
- Experience in estate agency, conveyancing, sales progression or financial services
- Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and handling queries
- Competence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- An understanding of the conveyancing process (desirable)
