Oculus are working with an established Legal 500 law firm looking to appoint a Family Director into a strategic leadership position. This opportunity would suit an experienced Family Partner, Head of Department or Senior Family Solicitor seeking a role with significant autonomy, influence and responsibility for the continued growth of a successful family law offering.

The successful candidate will combine leadership responsibilities with a high-quality caseload of privately funded family matters, while playing a key role in business development, team growth and long-term strategic planning.

The position offers the opportunity to:
