The Role

You will advise on a broad range of high-value Real Estate Disputes matters, including:

  • Commercial portfolio and development disputes
  • Strategic advice for landowners, developers, and local authorities
  • Commercial landlord & tenant matters, including 1954 Act issues, break rights, alienation, and dilapidations
  • Property contract disputes
  • Property-related insolvency matters
  • Rights of way, adverse possession, and restrictive covenant disputes
