The Role
You will advise on a broad range of high-value Real Estate Disputes matters, including:
- Commercial portfolio and development disputes
- Strategic advice for landowners, developers, and local authorities
- Commercial landlord & tenant matters, including 1954 Act issues, break rights, alienation, and dilapidations
- Property contract disputes
- Property-related insolvency matters
- Rights of way, adverse possession, and restrictive covenant disputes
