A leading multi-office law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its established dispute resolution team in Birmingham city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of property litigation matters within a supportive and collaborative environment, with significant client contact and clear scope for development.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of property-related disputes and work closely with the wider dispute resolution team. The role involves regular client interaction, therefore strong communication and client care skills are essential.
Experience and Responsibilities Include
- Contentious Landlord and Tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants in residential and commercial property disputes
- Boundary disputes
- General property disputes
- TOLATA claims
- Professional negligence claims relating to property
About You
- Ideally 2+ years’ PQE, however candidates outside this level will be considered where they can demonstrate relevant experience and enthusiasm
- Able to work under supervision and manage tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- A collaborative team player
