Are you a newly qualified solicitor, or due to qualify shortly, looking to build your career within a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team? You will work alongside experienced litigators who are passionate about mentoring and developing junior lawyers, giving you exposure to a broad range of commercial and property disputes from the outset.

The Role

You will gain experience across a varied caseload while developing strong technical and client-facing skills. The role will include:

  • Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision, including:
    • Contract disputes
    • Debt recovery
    • Property litigation
  • Assisting on more complex and high-value disputes such as:
    • Shareholder disputes
    • Professional negligence claims
    • Commercial litigation matters
  • Supporting senior solicitors and partners on strategic cases
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Taking part in networking and business development initiatives
About You
  • Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 3 years’ PQE
  • Some litigation exposure during training would be advantageous, though not essential
  • Enthusiastic and keen to develop a long-term career in dispute resolution
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and working collaboratively within a team
