A highly regarded international Legal 100 law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (1–6 PQE) to join its growing Birmingham team. You will advise a diverse client base including developers, institutional landlords, portfolio owners, investors, local authorities and corporate occupiers on a wide range of contentious property matters:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Dilapidations, rent reviews and breach of covenant claims
- Property contract disputes
- Adverse possession claims
- Service charge disputes and tenancy enforcement
- Property-related insolvency matters
