The role will include:
- Managing and supporting a debt recovery team
- Handling matters from initial letters through to issuing proceedings and enforcement
- Managing a caseload of commercial debt recovery matters
- Assisting with insolvency matters, including Statutory Demands
- Building strong relationships with commercial clients and providing regular reporting
- Working alongside fee earners on contested and more complex matters
- Supporting the Head of Debt Recovery with client development and networking
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and generate additional work
We’re looking for someone with strong debt recovery experience, a good understanding of the litigation process and previous experience managing or supervising others.
