The Role
You will work on a broad range of high-quality commercial matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including agency, distribution, franchising, and manufacturing agreements
- Supporting businesses with intellectual property protection, brand management, and IP licensing arrangements
- Advising on procurement, outsourcing, consultancy, IT projects, software licensing, development and hosting arrangements
- Handling joint ventures, shareholder agreements, investment arrangements, and share option schemes (including EMI schemes)
- Advising on corporate governance, directors’ duties, and regulatory compliance, including GDPR and wider data protection matters
