I am currently working with a top 75 leading national law firm that is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding property disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national practice acting for a broad range of public and private sector clients, including landlords, housing associations, local authorities, developers and commercial organisations. The team has experienced significant growth in recent years and continues to invest heavily in its property litigation offering, providing excellent long-term career prospects and high-quality work.

The Opportunity

  • You will manage your own caseload of property litigation matters while working closely with an experienced and supportive team.
  • The work will include:
    • Housing management and anti-social behaviour matters
    • Possession proceedings
    • Rent recovery claims
    • Residential landlord and tenant disputes
    • Advising housing associations and residential landlords
    • Supporting on complex property litigation matters
    • Assisting with business development and networking activities
    • Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
    • Ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements
    • Managing files efficiently to achieve key deadlines and service standards

About You

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate:
    • Experience handling property litigation matters, particularly housing management work
    • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant disputes
