We're working alongside a well-established multi-office law firm to recruit a Legal Receptionist for their Martock office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused individual looking to join a professional services environment where customer service is at the heart of everything they do.

Acting as the face and voice of the business, you'll play a key role in delivering a first-class experience to clients, visitors, and colleagues while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
  • Managing incoming calls, handling enquiries, taking messages, and arranging appointments.
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, ensuring facilities are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning, and document distribution.
  • Maintaining office presentation, organisation, and ensuring the office is ready for business each day.
  • Ordering stationery, refreshments, and office supplies while monitoring stock levels.
  • Supporting health and safety administration and reporting any office maintenance issues.
  • Assisting with file management, archive administration, document scanning, and records maintenance.
  • Supporting office events, staff inductions, and branch communications.
  • Maintaining internal systems and ensuring client information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
  • Assisting with reception and telephone cover across other offices when required.
  • Supporting video conferencing facilities and meeting room technology.
  • Undertaking additional administrative duties to support the wider business.

  • Previous experience within a receptionist, client services, customer service, or office administration role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
