An international law firm is seeking an experienced Aviation Finance Paralegal to join its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions within a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with aviation finance transactions, including aircraft and engine financing, leasing, and related commercial contracts.
- Prepare, review, and organise complex legal documents and transaction files.
- Conduct legal research and due diligence to support transactional and regulatory matters.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external counsel to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Support partners and senior associates with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks related to aviation finance matters.
Qualifications
