Construction Lawyer (Non contentious) 5-6 PQE – Top Legal 500 Firm | Hybrid Working
London | £60,000–£100,000 (as guide, competitive/depending on experience)

Our client is a leading dynamic London firm with an outstanding reputation for construction and property work. Their award-winning team are ranked in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 and now seeks a confident and experienced construction lawyer (5-6+ PQE) to join them. You’ll enjoy genuine flexibility plus clear opportunities for career progression.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be working on a broad range of non- contentious construction matters. To work alongside firm CEO and a senior construction associate, including active involvement in BD. Work will include a mix of contentious & non-contentious, but primarily the latter. Clients will include high net worth individuals and luxury retail clients, and the role will involve frequent interaction with such clients.
Skills and experience
- Technically able and self-motivated
- Experience of working on large-scale construction projects
- Ability to advise at every stage of the construction life cycle, from planning and design through to successful completion, and every stage in between.
- The varied work is stimulating and requires a lively and analytical mind
- A clear and developed understanding of construction law and its commercial application
- Confident in dealing with high profile and highly valued clients
- Plenty of initiative
- Essential that the person is a team player
- Strong technical skills
- Able to be pro-active and “drive” transactions in order to meet tight deadlines.
