The firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional to join their Property team working on high value matters. This role would suit a legal professional looking to manage their own caseload , build strong client relationships and work alongside experienced senior lawyers within a collaborative team. The Role You will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including: Residential sales and purchases Freehold and leasehold matters Re-mortgages and equity release Shared ownership Lease extensions Supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions Providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining excellent client relationships Alongside managing your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to contribute to networking, marketing and business development activities , while continuing to develop your knowledge and expertise within Residential Property.
