Ocular has a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing proactive customer support, working closely with technical teams and helping deliver a faster, more efficient sales process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to play a key role in managing customer quotation requests, coordinating technical information and supporting a smooth, efficient sales process.
As the Sales Support Executive, you will act as a central point of contact for customer quotation enquiries, prepare and track quotes, liaise with technical colleagues and ensure all activity is accurately recorded in the CRM system. The Sales Support Executive will also support a defined base of smaller customer accounts through a structured contact cycle, following up outstanding quotations, maintaining customer records and identifying opportunities for additional Ocular solutions and services where appropriate.

- Prepare and Track Quotes: Prepare, issue and follow up quotations, coordinating with the Technical Design team on technical content and specifications.
- Qualify Incoming Requests: Review, qualify and prioritise customer requests before passing them to Design, helping reduce internal delays and rework.
- Own the Quotation Process: Manage quotation activity for smaller accounts from initial request through to follow-up and close.
- Maintain Commercial Governance: Ensure quotations are qualified, prioritised and commercially reviewed before issue.
- Update CRM Records: Maintain a clear audit trail of quotation activity, account records, customer contact details and pipeline information within CRM.
- Support Customer Accounts: Look after a defined base of smaller customer accounts through a structured, tiered call cycle.
- Conduct Account Reviews: Carry out regular proactive account reviews and scheduled customer calls, rather than only responding when requirements arise.
- Identify Customer Needs: Spot additional customer requirements and opportunities for wider Ocular solutions and services where appropriate.
- Support Retention Activity: Support renewal, retention and ongoing relationship management activity across the managed account base.
- Report Sales Activity: Provide clear visibility of quotation pipeline, conversion activity and account contact progress, reporting against KPIs as required.
