The purpose of the role is to provide support to our engineers. You will be responsible for managing and optimising schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining smooth operations across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and interpersonal skills to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise permits, dates, and job bookings using internal systems
  • Liaise with managers and engineers to keep workflows on track
  • Ensure all works are updated following updates from Site
  • Ensure targets are met
  • Organise Traffic Management requests through to completion
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to updates within deadlines
  • Manage and administer systems like OCU One, Citrix, and ETA
  • Ensure clear and efficient communication with all parties, including clients, shareholders, councils, and internal management
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong admin background
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail, essential
  • Must have minimum understanding of Office365 including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of Northwest geography
  • Excellent communication skills with all aspects of the team and external parties
  • Able to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to carry out works reactively and proactively
