We’re on the lookout for a qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our incredible team at OCU Group. As we expand and deliver on high-profile infrastructure and energy transition projects across the UK, you’ll play a key role in leading teams, overseeing installations, and ensuring excellence every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and coordinating site teams of 5–15 electricians
  • Planning, managing, and delivering electrical projects on time and to budget
  • Supervising containment systems, SWA cables, control panels, and fault finding
  • Maintaining site safety, compliance, and top-tier workmanship
  • Interpreting drawings and working closely with engineers and project teams
  • Coaching and supporting electricians – you’re a people‑first leader
  • Promoting a strong HSE culture, ensuring all policies and standards are upheld

What We’re Looking For:

  • Time‑served Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and AM2
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certified
  • Strong industrial background (UKPN, National Grid, SPEN experience ideal)
  • Proven experience supervising and motivating large teams
  • Strong understanding of HV & LV electrical systems
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills

Bonus If You Have:

  • IOSH certification
  • First Aid at Work
  • Electrical testing & inspection capabilities
