The Role
OCU Group is growing rapidly across the energy and infrastructure sectors. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects while shaping best practice and supporting the development of our project teams. This is a senior position with full end-to-end accountability, strong client exposure, and real influence over how projects are delivered.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading large, multi-phase infrastructure and energy projects
- Owning programme, budget, quality, risk, and P&L performance
- Managing cross-functional teams across engineering, commercial, and site delivery
- Acting as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Managing contracts, variations, change control, and commercial risk
- Ensuring full compliance with HSE, quality, and governance standards
- Supporting portfolio planning and strategic decision-making
- Mentoring Project Managers and developing future leaders
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong leadership of multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Excellent commercial and financial capability, including P&L ownership
- Confident stakeholder management at senior level
- Strong understanding of risk management, HSE, and compliance
Desirable
- Degree or professional qualification (APM, PMI, PRINCE2)
- Experience in utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure
