OCU Group is a leading engineering and infrastructure services provider, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions nationwide. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead major projects and support our commitment to excellence.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of allocated projects—ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery in line with budget and contractual requirements. You’ll engage closely with clients, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and take ownership of project outcomes. You will be based in either Leeds or Stockport, with regular UK-wide site travel.
About You – Key Skills & Experience
- Technical & Industry Exposure: Exposure to electrical M&E, civils, and multi-discipline engineering environments. Experience working on high-voltage infrastructure projects (33–132kV), ideally within DNO environments. Background within large construction, utilities, or major infrastructure organisations.
- Leadership & Delivery: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project performance. Strong commercial awareness and capability to administer contracts effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, SMSTS, or relevant engineering credentials are highly advantageous.
