We are seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our Oxford team and lead the delivery of stakeholder engagement activities. Operating within a large-scale DNO framework, you will be responsible for implementing engagement strategies that support the planning, design, and delivery stages of projects.

The role involves working with local authorities, communities, landowners, businesses, and other key stakeholders to foster strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with OCU’s pre-construction, stakeholder, delivery, and consents teams, as well as the DNO’s stakeholder management team, to ensure alignment and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Stakeholder Strategy: deliver stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with DNO and OCU guidelines.
