OCU Group is delivering a major 132kV power project in Suffolk. We seek an experienced SHESQ Manager to own SHESQ performance from day one, build strong on-site relationships and lead safety culture with autonomy.
The role requires proven HV/LV project experience, working on live construction sites, and NEBOSH/IOSH credentials. You will drive risk assessments, inductions, and continuous improvement while reporting to the SHEQ & Growth department.
