Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced civils team. You’ll coordinate field teams, organise permits, and manage schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across North West sites. A great opportunity for those with strong admin skills or those looking to break into scheduling or utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule field engineers to attend sites and resolve reported issues
- Organise permits, dates, and job bookings using internal systems
- Liaise with managers and engineers to keep workflows on track
- Ensure service level targets are met through efficient planning
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to engineer updates within deadlines
- Use systems like OCU One, Citrix, and ETA
Ideal Candidate
- Strong admin background (civils, commercial, construction, or general)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and IT systems (basic level OK)
- Knowledge of North West geography (Lancaster/Wrexham ideal)
