What you’ll do
- You’ll support the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) team by carrying out daily safety, environmental, and quality checks, helping inspect work sites, and encouraging safe working habits.
- You’ll assist with reporting accidents and incidents, learning from what happened to improve future practices.
- You’ll also contribute to environmental and compliance projects, while developing the skills to deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks.

What we’re looking for
For our Level 3 Apprenticeship, you’ll need 5 GCSEs or equivalent at passing grades. This programme offers a mix of practical experience and theoretical learning, with a focus on more technical or specialized roles to help you build expertise. You will be enrolled on the Safety, Health and Environment Technician Apprenticeship, a structured programme lasting approximately 24 months.
