Overview OCU Group is a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary service provider operating across the utilities, energy and engineering sectors. We are entering the next phase of our growth journey and are seeking an experienced Resourcing Director to design, lead and deliver a best-in-class recruitment strategy. This is a senior leadership role focused on attracting, engaging and retaining specialist talent to deliver complex engineering and utilities projects. You will shape and lead the resourcing function, build capability from the ground up, and embed robust systems, processes and innovative approaches to support OCU Group\’s growth.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a group-wide resourcing strategy aligned to business growth, including overseas talent acquisition.Manage a centralised resourcing function, recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team.Embed new recruitment systems and processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience and long-term workforce planning.Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide expert resourcing solutions.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements, including those relating to overseas recruitment.About You We are seeking an accomplished resourcing leader with a strong background in engineering and utilities recruitment, ideally gained within a large, multi-site organisation.
