Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managinglarge-scale EHV Cable projects , from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise , and the ability to coordinate diverse project teams and stakeholders.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of large-scale EHV Cable projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams, planners/streetworks and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement project plans and procedures, including risk management and quality control
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a positive work environment
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Skills

  • Experience with NRSWA regulations and compliance
  • Strong background in estimating and budgeting
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on utility projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
