Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for managinglarge-scale EHV Cable projects , from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise , and the ability to coordinate diverse project teams and stakeholders.
Duties & responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of large-scale EHV Cable projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams, planners/streetworks and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop and implement project plans and procedures, including risk management and quality control
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a positive work environment
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Skills
- Experience with NRSWA regulations and compliance
- Strong background in estimating and budgeting
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on utility projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
