OCU Group has been experiencing a sustained period of growth and expansion within the water and wastewater sector. Due to this and our continued work winning success, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in the North West. You will be working closely with the Client and OCU Delivery teams in our current period of accelerated growth. A great time to join us!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead bids and proposals, working closely with estimating teams.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand project needs.
  • Plan, budget, and manage construction schedules.
  • Monitor progress on-site and resolve issues quickly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project close-out and final accounts.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree/HND in Construction or Project Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with NEC3/NEC4/FIDIC contracts (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of the water industry and construction processes.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
