Role Overview
The Project Engineer (HV Cables) is a critical role in supporting the delivery of civil engineering aspects of multidisciplinary construction and renewable energy projects. Reporting directly to the Design Manager, this role ensures the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering works meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver civil engineering solutions that align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Education
Skills, Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., ICE membership, CEng status) is highly desirable.
Experience
- Proven experience in civil engineering roles within the construction or renewable energy sectors, specifically HV Cabling projects.
- Strong track record of delivering civil engineering works on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Experience with site supervision and managing contractors is preferred.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools.
