About the Role
Due to continued sustainable growth, OCU Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Site Manager to join our team in South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design, construction, and commissioning of infrastructure projects within the water and wastewater sector, working with major UK water companies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage M&E construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise site operations ensuring quality and safety standards
- Enforce health & safety standards (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred)
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders clearly
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and team leadership
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in M&E project/site management, preferably in the water sector
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and BIM software (preferred)
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
