Due to significant growth over the course of 2025, OCU Group has a new requirement for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Site Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical and Civils works for the project lifecycle.

Location: Deeside
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial site survey of proposed works and create job packs, highlighting and raising any areas of safety concern.
- Take responsibility for productivity, compliance, operations liaison and planning.
- Management of gangs and support teams.
- Manage subcontractors & direct labour on site.
- Conduct site meetings to discuss works / timescales, site conditions and Traffic Management requirements.
- Liaise with clients, Local Authorities and other stakeholders.
- Manage customer complaints and closeouts.
- Ensure weekly planning, track sheets, record keeping and resource bookings are up to date.
- Take responsibility for HSE improvement plans & coaching of team members.
- Conduct weekly site inspections for HSE and quality.
- Development and production of RAMS as required.
- Closeout paperwork and job pack at end of schemes.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in Mechanical, Electrical and MEICA works delivery.
- SMSTS qualified.
- Ability to measure and record daily progress accurately.
- Excellent knowledge of civils, shoring and deep excavations.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft office suite.
- Strong Safety Background.
- Previous Water experience.
