As an Industrial Placement Construction Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting the delivery of live construction projects. Working alongside experienced site managers, you’ll contribute to the day‑to‑day running of sites, helping to coordinate teams, monitor progress, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
Throughout the 12‑month placement, you’ll build a strong foundation in construction management, site operations, and project coordination, developing practical skills and real‑world experience that will prepare you for a successful career in the industry. You’ll be supported through a combination of on‑the‑job learning, mentoring, and structured development, giving you exposure to the complexities of managing construction projects from planning through to delivery.
