We’re seeking an experienced and highly organised Group Facilities Manager to lead the management and maintenance of our offices, yards, depots and associated assets across the UK and overseas. This pivotal role ensures our sites are safe, efficient and welcoming for employees and visitors alike.
You’ll oversee all aspects of facilities operations, preventative and reactive maintenance, lease administration and service delivery, working closely with compliance, safety and local facilities teams to maintain exceptional standards across our portfolio.
What you’ll do:
Management of the day-to-day facilities operations across multiple sites, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency will be a key aspect. This, along with, overseeing maintenance schedules, contractor performance and cost-effective service delivery will be key deliver measure. Alongside this, you will also
- Maintain lease records and manage renewals, break clauses and asset registers.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and sustainability standards.
- Build strong relationships with site teams, driving a culture of proactive facilities management.
- Manage a small team, driving delivery.
What you’ll bring:
We are seeking an individual with proven multi-site facilities management experience, ideally in an operational business, who will bring a strong knowledge of property, maintenance and lease management. You will have an expertise in health & safety compliance and environmental standards. We will be looking for your application to demonstrate or highlight:
