Due to rapid growth within the business we are currently recruiting for an experienced Fibre Planning Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic team! At OCU Opals (part of the OCU Group of Companies) we design build manage and maintain vital communications infrastructure for everyday use for a betterconnected world. We work with major network operators technology vendors and engineering companies to design build manage and maintain the next generation of communication networks. Responsibilities of the Fibre Planning Manager: Lead the endtoend planning and design Ensure designs comply with industry standards regulatory requirements and company objectives. Manage multiple fibre planning projects from conception to delivery ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to a high standard. Lead a team of Coordinators and surveyors Conduct postproject reviewsto identify lessons learned and drive improvements. Manage post work Asbuilds Ensure all planning activities adhere to health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
