The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Civils Co-ordinator to join our Norwich office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project delivery, managing subcontractor schedules, and keeping projects on track.
What you’ll be doing:
Scheduling workloads in line with priorities, resources, and subcontractor availability
Coordinating daily whereabouts and compliance checks for engineers
Liaising with clients to provide updates, reports, and key communications
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Managing subcontractor relationships, chasing updates, and ensuring deadlines are met
Driving field workforce productivity and ensuring maximum output
Supporting finance administration including timesheet reconciliations and self-billing invoice preparation
What we’re looking for:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in coordination, planning, or scheduling (ideally within civils, utilities, or construction, but not essential)
