Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries about hire, providing quotes, and resolving issues or complaints.
  • Processing new hire requests, managing existing orders, and coordinating collections.
  • Ensuring the right equipment is available, checking stock levels, and liaising with the workshop for maintenance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of hires, processing invoice queries, and assisting with stock control.
