Are you highly organised with great attention to detail and looking to build a career in digital operations or commercial administration? We're looking for a Digital Vendor & Commercial Administrator to support the day-to-day management of suppliers, purchasing, contracts and digital assets, ensuring our digital services run smoothly and efficiently.

Working closely with Digital, Finance and Procurement teams, you'll gain valuable experience across vendor management, commercial administration and digital operations in a supportive environment with opportunities to develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of digital suppliers, vendor records, contracts and software licences.
  • Create and track purchase orders, process invoices and help resolve payment queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier costs, renewals, digital assets and commercial data.
  • Assist with onboarding new suppliers and coordinating communications between internal teams and vendors.
  • Support contract, licence and renewal administration, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Help manage IT and digital assets, including laptops, mobiles, software and equipment throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Produce basic reports on supplier spend, renewals and commercial activity while supporting governance and audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement across digital operations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in administration, coordination, or business support. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, working with data and records, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or business support role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with financial data and records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Confidence using digital systems and learning new technologies
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach to work
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Desirable experience:

  • Supporting supplier, vendor, or procurement administration activities
  • Knowledge of purchase order, invoicing, and contract administration processes
  • Experience within an IT, Digital, or operational environment
  • Exposure to software licensing or vendor management activities
  • Producing reports, analysing data, or maintaining dashboards
  • An interest in developing a career in digital operations, commercial administration, or supplier management
