The Opportunity: OCU is delivering critical water infrastructure projects that support essential UK networks. As a Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of site delivery, leading teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to the highest standards. If you want to lead from the front on complex infrastructure works and play a key role in shaping delivery, this is it.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage day-to-day site operations across water infrastructure projects
- Drive high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme targets
- Monitor project progress, resources and site performance
- Manage site documentation, permits and reporting requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve risks, issues and delivery challenges
- Promote quality, efficiency and continuous improvement on site
What You’ll Bring:
Essential:- Proven experience as a Site Manager within water or utilities projects
- Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery, including pipelines or treatment works
- SMSTS and CSCS (Manager level)
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working on UK water frameworks
- Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor certification
- EUSR Water Hygiene
- It would be great if you have experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects
