The Administrator is a key support role within a fast-paced and growing division. You will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators to ensure the smooth coordination and administration of ongoing works. The successful candidate will play an essential part in maintaining accurate reporting, supporting financial processes, coordinating logistics, and ensuring project documentation is fully compliant and up to date.
About the job:
- Assisting the Civil Co-ordinator in collating daily whereabouts for engineers, including coordinating material collections and deliveries.
- Collating plant and material delivery tickets and processing them accurately through relevant systems.
- Ordering plant and materials as requested by site management, ensuring timely delivery to site.
- Building project-specific job packs using OCU’s in-house management system and collating Safe Dig documentation for engineers.
- Updating internal reporting systems and client portals, ensuring all information is accurate, measurable, and submitted within required timescales.
- Supporting the Co-ordinator with financial administration, including reconciliation of timesheets.
- Taking minutes in client and internal meetings and distributing them promptly.
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad-hoc duties as required to support the wider team.
