Key Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspects of our projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor who has strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. Your role will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality while meeting and exceeding client expectations. As our new QS, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, leading strategic delivery that fuels our expansion and deepens our impact.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other relevant information.
  • Develop detailed project budgets, including materials, labour, equipment, and overhead costs.
  • Monitor project costs throughout the process and identify areas where costs can be optimised.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
  • Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS/CICES) or working towards chartered status is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
