Key Responsibilities
- Aid commercial strategy, cost planning, and contract management across multiple projects
- Manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events
- Drive cost control, forecasting, and target cost performance
- Oversee subcontract procurement, negotiation, and final accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Support and develop junior commercial team members
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience managing NEC3/NEC4 Option C contracts
- Background in utilities, power, infrastructure, or civil engineering
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS/CICES desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
