We are looking for an experienced Regional Field Engineer to provide proactive and reactive onsite IT support across multiple UK sites. This role combines hands-on technical support with project delivery, ensuring technology services remain reliable, secure, and fit for purpose across the region.

About the job:

  • Carry out planned site visits to assess technology performance and implement improvements.
  • Provide 2nd line onsite support for incidents and service requests.
  • Deliver onsite IT projects including device refreshes, office moves, and technology upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through to completion.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, endpoint devices, and workplace technology.
  • Act as a regional escalation point for 1st line support teams.
  • Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and technical knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Strong experience in a field-based or 2nd line IT support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills within multi-site environments.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and identity/access management.
  • Experience delivering onsite IT projects and technical change activities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage travel across a region.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
