We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to support the delivery of Northern PowerGrid Service Upgrade projects. This office based role is critical to ensuring accurate data management, clear communication, and smooth coordination between internal teams and Northern PowerGrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update job data across internal systems (e.g. service upgrade trackers, QPID, job databases).
- Log, track, and validate key project stages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring records are up to date and actions clearly logged.
- Produce regular reports on job status, progress, and outstanding actions.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or data support role (utilities, construction, or infrastructure preferred).
