Description
You’ll join OCU’s Power division at a time of significant growth, supporting the delivery of major electrical infrastructure projects that are critical to the UK’s energy network. A key part of your role will involve supporting the reporting and investigation of incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports and root cause analysis while driving improvements across operational delivery.
As a senior member of the SHEQ team, you’ll provide coaching and mentoring to operational teams and supervisors, helping to build capability and ensure best practice is applied consistently across projects. You’ll work across live environments, including DNO and IDNO frameworks, supporting teams in maintaining safe and effective working practices.
