The Hire Desk Controller role manages the hire of equipment, machinery, and tools, ensuring availability and timely delivery to customers. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating equipment, and dealing with invoice queries.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to customer enquiries about hire, providing quotes, and resolving issues or complaints.
