We are looking for a European-based Business Data Associate who will support our data team, customer success, and internal product development. The initial role will entail learning back-end data processes focused on data entry, data cleanliness, and locating new process improvement opportunities. You will also gain experience with the LevPro front-end system (Research Management, Trading Tools, Portfolio Management, Compliance) in a client-facing role. Here you will assist clients with navigating and configuring the software, answering product and implementation related questions, defining requirements, and soliciting feedback.
Down the road, we envision you growing into a multi-tool player, with a complete front and back-end understanding of the product, who would contribute to building and maintaining client relationships to increase business revenue potential.
Data responsibilities include:
- Entering data, interpreting data and analyzing results
- Developing and using data collection systems that optimize efficiency
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases
Customer Success responsibilities include:
- Analyzing data to improve customer experience
- Providing real-time customer support and feedback
- Holding product demonstrations for new customers and developing user guides
- Contributing to client onboarding and implementations to better understand client processes and build rapport with client stakeholders
- Developing and monitoring project metrics
Requirements:
