For over 25 years, we have delivered more than 1.5 billion devices shipped from our site to date. Summary of Responsibilities
- Participate in development of new III‑V GaN and GaAs RF device technology from concept to production.
- Support the sustaining device engineering of existing process technologies.
Main Tasks
- Support development and introduction of new compound semiconductor process technologies in partnership with Process Engineering and Reliability teams, initially in GaN and GaAs RF device technologies.
- Maintenance of specification limits and control limits for in‑line test.
- Monitoring of process performance using SPC techniques, reacting to abnormal data and driving improvements.
- Provide device input to the resolution of manufacturing issues.
- Provide device support to Process, Reliability and Test Engineering teams.
Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills
- Experience with development or manufacture of transistors.
- Relevant experience in a semiconductor engineering role.
- Exposure to RF device concepts.
- In‑depth understanding of electronic device physics.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
- Data‑oriented with a knowledge of statistics.
- Programming ability.
- Knowledge of scientific experimentation techniques.
Personal Qualities
- Pro‑active and capable of working without direct supervision.
- Project team‑working ability.

Education & Qualifications
