Octopus is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support Octopus Ventures' investment activities. You will work closely with Ventures investment teams, leading transaction execution from term sheet to completion and advising on follow-on investments and exits.
Reporting to the Lead Venture Legal Counsel, you will manage external counsel, help scale legal support across the Ventures business and assist with retail and institutional fund structures.
