Join our dynamic Investment Operations Team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting a wide range of operational activities. From application processing and client data updates to cash matching and document management, your work will be essential to ensuring smooth and accurate operations across the business. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and fast-learning individual who thrives in a team environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. You’ll be trained across multiple processes, so strong listening skills and the ability to take clear, useful notes are essential.

The Operations function is structured into four specialist teams:

  • Cash Management
  • Client Onboarding
  • Client Account Operations
  • Middle Office

You’ll rotate across these teams based on business needs, giving you exposure to a variety of processes and the opportunity to develop a broad skillset. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing client redemption requests
  • Managing client and adviser updates
  • Handling cash management tasks
  • Processing deceased accounts
  • Settling stock and cash transactions
  • Managing VCT buyback processes
  • Processing applications
  • Resolving reconciliation breaks
  • Supporting corporate actions
  • Transaction reporting
  • Handling legal documentation

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience in a financial services organisation, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Financial qualifications desirable but not required (IOC, IMC, CII)
  • Experience in a similar role within financial services desirable but not required
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Accuracy Focus: When volumes spike, we need someone who can concentrate and commit fully to getting the job done.

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick every box. What’s the worst that can happen?

What we offer:

  • Untracked holiday
  • Hybrid working – most of our people spend 3 days a week in the office
  • Anchor (our wellness hub) which includes Headspace, one to one coaching through Wellness Cloud, Digital GP & more
