Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a team who are renowned for their exceptional customer service, fabulous quality and range of products, delicious restaurant, and creative approach to maximise potential within the business.
To be successful in this role you need to be passionate and take full responsibility for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving growth and profitability.
You will be traveling from various local sites to manage the day-to-day operations; you will develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and the local community and implement and manage operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
We are looking for someone with proven operations management, ideally in a hospitality environment, you will need strong leadership and team management skills, have excellent knowledge of health & safety, employment legislation and food safety.
