About the InternshipOctopus Energy is launching an internship focused on improving Black representation in the energy industry. The program is only open to candidates who identify as Black, Black British, African or Caribbean. The role gives interns an introduction to talent acquisition and is based in our London office.
Responsibilities
Coordinating, sourcing, screening and progressing candidates through the interview pipelines to recruiters and hiring managers.
Headhunting and recruiting tech candidates.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
Providing an outstanding candidate experience and continuously seeking ways to improve it.
Participating in projects across the talent team and specific business functions.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
