About the JobYou'll join as a backend engineer in one of our primary squads. Working alongside the product manager and engineers in your squad, you will help develop the critical services that serve our end users. You'll have the chance to work on highly impactful projects, fueling product innovation in a fast-moving industry and influencing how the backend can deliver robust and scalable functionality. What you'll doEnable us to build quickly but robustly, using best practices in observability, data analysis and defensive programming, allowing us to safely scale our products and CPO integrations globally. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to break down complex problems, understand feasibility, and propose creative technical solutions that deliver a market-leading platform. 2+ years commercial experience with Python. Good communication skills, with an ability to consider product vision and propose creative technical solutions within a team. An ability to write robust and fault-tolerant software. Good understanding of Databases and data architecture.
